Privacy

The service processes account, organization, authentication, configuration, request, usage, and operational data needed to provide governed model access. Request content may be sent to the model provider selected by the organization's routing configuration.

Data is used to operate the service, enforce access and usage policies, attribute consumption, diagnose failures, and protect the platform. Access is scoped by role and organization; platform operators use separate administration controls.

Retention and deletion obligations depend on the applicable service agreement and organization configuration. Contact your organization administrator for account access or deletion requests, or use the support channel specified in your service agreement.
